Tony Beebe
Mr. Cope began his career in the oilfield in 1976 with Rig-A-Lite Co. Inc, where he became responsible for world wide products, systems and distributor sales, and was instrumental in increasing annual sales to more than $10M. In 1981 Mr. Cope accepted the position of President and CEO at Electrical Power Systems Inc. (EPS). During his tenure at EPS, Mr. Cope increased sales from a start-up operation to more than $20M in annual sales. In 1991, Mr. Cope founded IEC's predecessor company, International Electric Co. and has served as President and CEO since that time. In 2005, Mr. Cope founded Advanced Rig Services LLC. and serves as the CEO. Mr. Cope has extensive contacts and experience in both the U.S. drilling industry and in international drilling operations. Mr. Cope has traveled extensively internationally and domestically developing business for IEC/ARS. Mr. Cope served four years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1973 and attended San Jacinto College in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Dodson has over 30 years experience in oilfield service operations, sales, international, and executive management. He has a long history and proven record of managing start-up companies and providing growth initiatives. From 1994 – 2008 Mr. Dodson served in numerous capacities with TETRA Technologies, Inc. (NYSE) including President and Managing Director of TETRA Applied Technologies, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Dodson designed the growth model and strategy that grew TAT from $3.5 million in revenue to over $600 million. He spearheaded nine acquisitions through TAT. Mr. Dodson also served as Vice-President Business Development where he achieved corporate revenue growth of 400 percent over a four year period from 2002 – 2007. Prior to his tenure at TETRA, Mr. Dodson owned and operated Pacer-Atlas, Inc., Soncett Energy, Sunstone Corporation and Luckenback Drilling. Mr. Dodson was also a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps after attending Abilene Christian University on a football scholarship.
Mr. Beebe joined the company in 2011 as the Managing Director of Operations. He is responsible for IDE’s operations, engineering, supply chain, marketing, service and QHSE. Mr. Beebe came from ExxonMobil where he held positions as an SME on drilling rigs, drilling engineer, project lead for rig upgrades and supervised the drilling services contracts team in Nigeria. Before ExxonMobil Mr. Beebe consulted for several years as a project manager building rigs and also worked as a technical advisor on drilling to operators, drilling contractors and hedge funds. Prior to consulting, Mr. Beebe worked at Nabors International as a Project Manager and Operations Manager. Mr. Beebe also worked for Noble Drilling conducting Special Projects for the CFO and as Assistant Country Manager in Brazil. Mr. Beebe started his career at Transocean and held positions offshore, in engineering, projects and operations management. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Rice University. Mr. Beebe is a member of SPE and IADC.
